I finally found a service center I can trust. I chose Mark's because of their many 5-star reviews and their ratings are well deserved. I brought my 2006 Civic in for a fluid leak. JOB WELL DONE. The vehicle inspection was very thorough and found other items that need attention. The difference between Mark's and other service centers is they didn't try to scare me into additional repairs. They explained what each repair was and the urgency (or lack of urgency) of the repair. As it turned out, none of the needed repairs are urgent and I can deal with them as my budget allows. Also the price was very reasonable. Much less than I expected. Cars are expensive to maintain and repair. I can picture it costing 3 times as much at the dealership. A special thanks to Robert, their Service Manager. Very helpful and easy to work with.
