Mark's Volvo is fantastic. I have been there now 4 times in the last year-ish since I moved to LA. I have a C30 and every time, I get great customer service, a very comprehensive check of my car, and solid repairs. Most recently I had damaged my LCD screen, and when I went to get it fixed, Colleen, Mark and the team found a MUCH better, faster, and more affordable way to fix it - I couldn't really believe it :) While this isn't always possible to be better, faster and more affordable, I have always found Mark's setting accurate expectations, and then delivering at or better then what they said. It is a great shop, and everyone is in good spirits. I will see them again when I need my next servicing.
