Everyone at Mark's Volvo, including Nelson and Mark himself, was incredibly straightforward, caring and nice. They told me exactly what was going in with my car, informed me before they did anything, and gave me a good rate for the amount of time they spent diagnosing and fixing the problem. They did their best to fix an electrical short in the headlights/taillights/turn signals of my 1991 240 Volvo, though it would need a new taillight assembly to fix completely. Still, they didn't pressure me to come back, since it is basically working now. It felt like I was in the good hands of people who really care about the integrity of their work, about their customers and the wellbeing of their vehicles.
