Mark obviously knows Volvos. This was my first time going to his shop. He did what other repair shops couldn't or wouldn't do. They did a complete diagnostic on my Volvo XC70 and emailed and texted the report of the work my car needed (with photos) letting me know what I should do now and what I could do later. I really appreciate how kind and helpful he and his service writer, Colleen, were. After over a year of my car repeatedly breaking down I believe my car is finally fixed. It runs great!
