For as long as I own a Volvo, I will take it here for servicing. My 2006 XC90 was in need of the 120,000 mile servicing and it was the first time taking it to Mark's based on the reviews read here. I knew there were problems with the car and told him about them. Mark said he would give it the once over at no charge and let me know the problems. That morning, he asked me to come in to explain the problems. Well, the first big problem was not taking it to him prior to buying the car. Then Mark explained the problems and in what order they needed to be performed and which would give me the best deal. I realized that it would behoove me to just get everything done. Not only did he fix what was addressed on the estimate but took the time to check all of the lights and fixed the latch on my fuel door (which I learned to live with). I have had the car now for a few hours and I couldn't be happier with the work that Mark and his crew did Thank you guys!
