Mark never tries to upsell me, and tells me what can wait to be done. If Mark says I need to do it NOW, I know that it's necessary. As long as Mark is in business, I'll drive a Volvo!

You have a customer for as long as I own a Volvo. While it was a little more than I wanted to spend, Mark was willing to work on what needed to be fixed in succession. He showed me the problems and the steps needed to fix them. I decided to just fix it all as some of the issues could be resolved while fixing others and thus cutting on labor costs. I enjoy the car but wished I had taken it to him prior to purchasing it as it would have given me bargaining power

For as long as I own a Volvo, I will take it here for servicing. My 2006 XC90 was in need of the 120,000 mile servicing and it was the first time taking it to Mark's based on the reviews read here. I knew there were problems with the car and told him about them. Mark said he would give it the once over at no charge and let me know the problems. That morning, he asked me to come in to explain the problems. Well, the first big problem was not taking it to him prior to buying the car. Then Mark explained the problems and in what order they needed to be performed and which would give me the best deal. I realized that it would behoove me to just get everything done. Not only did he fix what was addressed on the estimate but took the time to check all of the lights and fixed the latch on my fuel door (which I learned to live with). I have had the car now for a few hours and I couldn't be happier with the work that Mark and his crew did Thank you guys!

I know my Volvo is in good hands with Mark & his staff. He has serviced my 1990 740 wagon and now my 2004 V70 wagon. I forgot to tell Mark of the minor issue when starting the car. It turned out to be the battery which had not been replaced since the car was initially sold (I purchased it used in 2006). With Mark's thoroughness, he checks everything and let me know the battery needed replacement. Mark's Independent Service is a gem!
