We were a bit taken back to learn that it would cost $500 for the change of spark plugs and one coil.

Ron, I'm sorry that you feel our spark plug replacement cost was a little high. We back all of our repairs with a 2 year 24,000 mile parts and labor replacement warranty and used only OEM parts to ensure your vehicle was running in tip top shape for you and for your wife. The service was good and the people were great but the $300.00/hr for labor seemed a bit high

Rodger, $300.00 per job is fair to prevent the vehicle from looking like a 6th grade science project again. It was a pleasure to service your moms vehicle and to ensure the vehicle would no longer get submerged under water when we have a little rain.
