Mark's team is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their great customer service along with quality work. They did three things for me on this last service. First they did a FREE 29 point inspection on my car. I have had this particular car less that 500 miles and this was a really helpful service because it helped me create a service plan for my car. I could go through what they recommended and see what projects I could tackle myself and which ones I need to outsource. The ones that I can't do myself I will definitely let Mark do. Second, they replaced my right front wheel bearing. I have been told by many people that Volvo's are expensive to maintain. I do not know if this is true for other parts of the car, but Mark did my wheel bearing for approximately the same price that it cost to have it done on my previous car (2004 ford escape). Third, my license plates were looking a bit ragged and Mark's team hooked me up with two free Mark's Independent Volvo License Plate covers. Usually I don't like that kind of stuff, but Mark's guys really treated me well so I am happy to help get the word out about his shop. Thanks again Mark.
