Mark's team is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate their great customer service along with quality work. They did three things for me on this last service. First they did a FREE 29 point inspection on my car. I have had this particular car less that 500 miles and this was a really helpful service because it helped me create a service plan for my car. I could go through what they recommended and see what projects I could tackle myself and which ones I need to outsource. The ones that I can't do myself I will definitely let Mark do. Second, they replaced my right front wheel bearing. I have been told by many people that Volvo's are expensive to maintain. I do not know if this is true for other parts of the car, but Mark did my wheel bearing for approximately the same price that it cost to have it done on my previous car (2004 ford escape). Third, my license plates were looking a bit ragged and Mark's team hooked me up with two free Mark's Independent Volvo License Plate covers. Usually I don't like that kind of stuff, but Mark's guys really treated me well so I am happy to help get the word out about his shop. Thanks again Mark. I am grateful that your shop is in our community!

The ignition key on our S60 was getting stuck in the ON position. Mark's guys were able to take care of the problem with no new parts. I am guessing the modest labor charge was much less than the dealer would have charged...

My 2002 Volvo had a slight difficulty in starting Saturday. I suspected the battery and brought it in yesterday. Sure enough, it was the battery. Mark noticed that the battery had a crack in it mentioned that it was an inferior brand. (I had not purchased my last battery at Mark's Independent Volvo). I learned my lesson. Diagnosis and service was quick.

Mark and his staff are always as clear as possible about the work needed for a car to keep running and safe to drive. I have never trusted a mechanic before but now I wouldn't bring a Volvo anywhere else.

Took my '98 Volvo S70 in for scheduled maintenance ... this is the car with the dashboard that shakes so bad my wife won't drive it for fear the dash will collapse on her lap. Mark asked if I wanted the dash fixed and quoted a price that was just right. End result: scheduled maintenance completed timely and a car that's now almost as quiet as it was when it was new! The difference is incredible! Great team, Great Service!
