The last time my Volvo V40 was serviced, which was June, the brakes were at 40%. Last week I noticed when I started my car and pulled out of the garage, the car would inch forward even though my foot was on the brake. But after I pumped the brake a few times, it stopped and everything was okay. Thinking I had a major problem with my brakes, I went to Mark's Volvo and explained the situation. My car was quickly diagnosed and it was found that I had a brake sensor that was not functioning, which caused the problem. The part had to be ordered. I made an appointment a few days later and the sensor was quickly replaced. (I had expected it to take another hour or so, and I brought a book with me). But it was quick. The next morning I started my car and everything was perfect. I would never go any place else to have my two Volvos serviced, and I hope my cars last for hundreds of thousands of miles.

Overview I had excellent and wonderful experience when it comes to the knowledge diagnosing and fixing the car and acommodation. Much oblige to Nelson and Pepe.

He isn't pushy like other mechanics I've worked with in the past and really listens to what your needs are from your vehicle and then works with you to achieve that keeping your budget limits in mind. He will recommend the best and safest solution to managing your vehicle. The prices are in the expected range - I have never found costs to be inflated or unreasonable. You can feel secure taking your vehicle to Mark!
