There was no condescending "We don't work on other people's installed parts". Found Mark a genuine 'people person',and both he his facility a breath of fresh air given their professionalism, promptness and a fair price.Recommend in the highest possible way.

Great guy. I brought in a used Volvo XC90 for him to look at. I was considering buying it. Mark immediately saw that there was a major problem with the car and that it wasn't worth buying.
