I used to live very close to Mark's Independent Volvo and that was one of the reasons why I started taking my car there. About 7 years and one Volvo later, I live at the south end of North Hollywood and I STILL drive all the way out to Chatsworth because I trust Mark and his guys completely. Mark really cares about me and my car, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
