I was able to get a same day appointment at Mike's today. The atmosphere was welcoming. The guys were personable and friendly. Even more importantly for my vehicle, they were professional and knowledgeable. The issue with my car was not one they were familiar with but Eric figured it out quickly and came up with a solution. I highly recommend Mark's Independent Service to any savvy Volvo owner. They beat the Dealer ten ways to Sunday.
