The heat shield on our Toyota became loose and created a lot of noise. The repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mark's Independent for your auto repairs.

What a fantastic experience! The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me get all my needs met quickly and efficiently. Very straightforwards and did not attempt to have me make any purchases I did not want or need!

I knew the front struts were bad and they confirmed they were leaking, and also shows me that my rear struts are much too soft. They emailed me a detailed estimate. The estimate also included several pictures showing the leaking strut which is a great idea to give customers peace of mind. The owner Colleen was a pleasure to work with and the technician took good care of my car and even cleaned all the windows. Class act ethical independent repairs.
