My air conditioning was not working at all. Brought into the shop, they performed an analysis. No leaks were detected, but needed Freon and new valves were replaced. Left with full air conditioning working, hopefully, this will resolve the problem. This shop run by Colleen is always run professionally and give them 5 stars for the service.

The heat shield on our Toyota became loose and created a lot of noise. The repair was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mark's Independent for your auto repairs.

My family has been going to Mark‘s Independent Volvo service for many many years, when I bought my Acura new used I immediately took it to Mark’s for an inspection. The team are very thorough, quick and thoughtful. I’m frequently on a time and budget and I know as soon as anything comes up, I can take my car there ASAP and they will work with me and work hard to keep costs down and get me back in my car as soon as possible. What a fantastic experience! The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me get all my needs met quickly and efficiently. Very straightforwards and did not attempt to have me make any purchases I did not want or need!

I knew the front struts were bad and they confirmed they were leaking, and also shows me that my rear struts are much too soft. They emailed me a detailed estimate. The estimate also included several pictures showing the leaking strut which is a great idea to give customers peace of mind. The owner Colleen was a pleasure to work with and the technician took good care of my car and even cleaned all the windows. Class act ethical independent repairs.
