Take your car here. I will admit, I was a bit taken back with the initial quote I received, but my car needed attention and I agreed to it. Robert wanted to keep my car an extra day to ensure the issues were solved. The following day, he found a new issue. My freon was leaking, something I wasn't aware of. He filled the freon up but upon further inspection, he realized my caps were leaking. Robert stayed after business hours to drain all the freon, replace the caps and refill the freon from scratch, FOR FREE. I am still having some issues with he care but it is running 100% better than before. I will be going back to Mark's Independent Service.
