I discovered Mark’s Independent Service after my last negative experience with Volvo dealer (same place I bought my car ). Was having various issues and had to wait 4 weeks for diagnostic appt. After dropping it off at scheduled appt time on a Monday, Galpin service rep said my car was “in the que” and they would not be able to look at it until Thursday - 4 days! Extremely frustrating and a waste of 30 days waiting for the appt. I then searched for nearby Volvo mechanic shops and found Mark’s. Colleen and team were able to check out my car within a day, diagnose the issues and make all necessary repairs within a very short period. Just took it in again for routine maintenance. I appreciate their professionalism (very rare nowadays), friendly environment, honesty and thorough service. I do not plan on taking my car elsewhere.

The quality of service is the same under the new owner Colleen as under Mark. The minor leak with my car was promptly diagnosed, repaired, and I was on my way. I will never go anywhere else for service on my Volvos.
