After the legendary Swedish Car Clinic shut down this summer I needed another reliable auto shop to take care of my Volvo XC60. Peter said this was the only other shop he trusted to take care of a Volvo, so I thought I'd check them out. I'm glad I did, Colleen runs a great shop. It's much smaller than the Swedish Car Clinic but just as clean and efficient. At the end of our service we received an excellent report, full of details and pictures. We'll be bringing our car here for now on.

After a harrowing experience when the car shut down while my daughter was on the 405 incline just before the 101, I had my Prius towed to 2 different and highly-rated shops. They were unable to diagnose the problem. I read some reviews on Google and contacted Mark's Independent Service. Colleen shared the vital fact that they owned a Toyota diagnostic computer. Had the car towed there, and they were able to diagnose and solve the problem in one day. Essentially, they know what they are doing, are reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with.
