This time I brought my Volvo in for routine oil change and check-up. I was in and out in about an hour. The car was checked from front to back, left to right, and top to bottom in an efficient and professional manner. In my opinion, Mark's is still the best place to maintain a Volvo.

This time it was a routine oil change and general check-up. I arrived a few moments before my appointment time and was out again in about an hour. I watched the process, and these mechanics move with efficiency and accuracy. The service is as good as it has been in the past. I do not hesitate in giving out the Mark's Independent card and info; In my opinion Mark's is the best place to repair and maintain a Volvo.

I have used Mark's for a number of years. I trust them more than any other auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. You can just leave your car and tell them to just do what is needed and that is exactly what will happen. The work is always timely and perfect.

Had my Prius maintenance service done for the first time at Mark's and was very pleased. Colleen met me at 8:00 am, directing me into their location. The garage is very clean, organized and the staff are very courteous. They performed all that needed to be done in a timely manner and gave me a printout to support the work. I received a good price compared to some other shops and was able to utilize a coupon, that brought down the price even more. I highly recommend them and gave them 5 stars!

I’ve always driven used cars, so their history has always been somewhat of a mystery to me. Colleen and the rest of the team were the first people I’ve ever taken any car to that took the time to give my car a full diagnostic exam, take pictures and notes, and teach me about my car without ever being condescending! I feel dialed-in to my car for the first time ever! Will 100% be going back in the future
