I have used Mark's for a number of years. I trust them more than any other auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. You can just leave your car and tell them to just do what is needed and that is exactly what will happen. The work is always timely and perfect.

Had my Prius maintenance service done for the first time at Mark's and was very pleased. Colleen met me at 8:00 am, directing me into their location. The garage is very clean, organized and the staff are very courteous. They performed all that needed to be done in a timely manner and gave me a printout to support the work. I received a good price compared to some other shops and was able to utilize a coupon, that brought down the price even more. I highly recommend them and gave them 5 stars!

Colleen and the rest of the team were the first people I’ve ever taken any car to that took the time to give my car a full diagnostic exam, take pictures and notes, and teach me about my car without ever being condescending! I feel dialed-in to my car for the first time ever! Will 100% be going back in the future

Great and Friendly service, reccomended by a friend when they fixed Volvos, now they include JP Cars as well! Very detailed with what was wrong with my hybrid and fixed in in no time at all. Will be servicing my cars and reccomend to my friends and family.
