Dear Mark's Independent Service, Thank you for your highest quality service! I had several issues with my 9 year old Prius, such as rattling sound at the engine start, brake noise etc. I received a comprehensive diagnostic results the next day. I was impressed with the immediate/detailed reporting through email/text, and with the follow-up phone call. I have never received such a detailed auto repair reports in the past ~40 years. Simply the best, due to the fabulous service of the whole team!! I know where to go when I have next problems with my cars...maybe personal matters too. (LOL!!) Cheeeeeeers, - Michael

Again had an excellent experience. I came in for a routine maintenance and that was done. I'd suspected my battery wasn't doing all it should, and Mark caught that and replaced the battery. The only thing they didn't have in stock was the cap for my windshield fluid reservoir. So it was ordered and installed next day. While there, I talked with another client who said the prices were a bit high. Since I don't shop around much I'm not current on what is or isn't a good price. All I know is that I'm getting excellent service at a price less than what I've seen elsewhere, and I think it's worth every cent I spend. Quality helps people sleep at night, and I like being able to sleep at night. Throughout the process, Colleen kept me apprised of findings and progress. It is rare to find any place that keeps the client that much in the loop. The minor discomforts caused by the pandemic are worth enduring to get the lasting honest service and care that Mark's provides. I do have to admit, I 'stole' a few business cards from them. I like having a card or two to give to people who could use the info. My thanks, again, to the 'cast and crew' of Mark's Independent. Still the best mechanical service I've known.

Took my car there for a service. The customer service is next level! They were willing to work on my Saab even though they predominantly work on Volvo’s. They found numerous issues with my car and advised me on how to prioritize the work needing to be done. They are honest and I will be taking my car back again. I highly recommend!!

Amazing is the word for Mark’s Independent Service. I called them on a Friday afternoon to see if they could diagnose an issue I having with our Volvo XC-90. They were able to fit me in and within minutes of arriving, they had my issue diagnosed. Unfortunately, they did not have the parts required to fix my issue. They were very apologetic about not having the part on hand…What repair facility conveys that to their customers! Even though they had to order the parts and I had to make an appointment to come back, I was in and out before I knew it. Their dedication to service and quality allows for your vehicle to have the longest life, the smoothest ride and the best safety available! They are a very personal and friendly auto repair shop completely dedicated to their customers’ satisfaction and happiness! They truly treat their customers like family, and do things you don't ordinarily find at a dealership.
