I was greeted by Colleen. She was cheerful and very professional. They took special care of my car, wiping down with disinfectant. In these times, that is so important for me and for them. A complete inspection was preformed, I was consulted and then they proceeded with repairing everything that was necessary. The next day I drove to LaQuinta and the car drove beautifully. I would recommend my friends take their autos there, I know I will be going there from now on. Thank you Mark's!

Was looking for a reputable independent mechanic and I think we found them! I was immediately impressed with their responsiveness and friendly customer service, Colleen. That got me in the door. She took my information quickly, got my appointment set, checked me in the morning of the appt, and kept strict social distancing and COVID precautions. Even for this routine maintenance, they took the time to electronically connect, take pictures of current/possible future issues over email/text, and stay in close communication. Prices were reasonable and even more attractive since they were able to find me a discount in the mix. Amazing thing for people in these difficult times. After being loyal to my car dealership for 10 years, I switched to an independent mechanic. It was the best decision I made and was lucky to find Mark’s Independent. They were honest and caring and even took some items off the bill that weren’t necessary. The entire process was great from initial call to them delivering my car to me when it was ready. No complaints! I will never go the dealership again!

Mark solved a very difficult problem. The C70 top is a complicated device. In this case, he installed a new hydraulic pump but it did not solve the problem. Then he had to do a complete analysis of the electrical system which entailed removing the backseat and the back panels. He found frayed and broken wires. Once fixed, we were back on the road. He would not let go until the problem was fixed. I really appreciate that kind of dedication.

This place is great ! Im beyond thankful for the service done here. I have found a mechanic I can say takes pride in his work. The staff is wonderful and such a joy. I recommend this place

Excellent as always

Mark and his staff have taken such good care of my 2004 XC70 with 230,000+ plus miles on it now. I have taken it there for everything outside of warranty stuff. Things are falling apart simply because of age, but it is still running, thanks to Mark. It really is amazing what a great mechanic can do for you.

As a single Mom, it was very comforting to know that Mark’s Independent had my back......I took my Toyota Camry in for rear brakes and after a courtesy vehicle inspection, they noted 2 other issues with my car. They advised me what was important to have done and what could wait a couple of months. I appreciate there honesty, stellar communication, and professionalism!! I WILL be taking my car there for any future work I need done!
