Again had an excellent experience. I came in for a routine maintenance and that was done. I'd suspected my battery wasn't doing all it should, and Mark caught that and replaced the battery. The only thing they didn't have in stock was the cap for my windshield fluid reservoir. So it was ordered and installed next day. While there, I talked with another client who said the prices were a bit high. Since I don't shop around much I'm not current on what is or isn't a good price. All I know is that I'm getting excellent service at a price less than what I've seen elsewhere, and I think it's worth every cent I spend. Quality helps people sleep at night, and I like being able to sleep at night. Throughout the process, Colleen kept me apprised of findings and progress. It is rare to find any place that keeps the client that much in the loop. The minor discomforts caused by the pandemic are worth enduring to get the lasting honest service and care that Mark's provides. I do have to admit, I 'stole' a few business cards from them. I like having a card or two to give to people who could use the info. My thanks, again, to the 'cast and crew' of Mark's Independent. Still the best mechanical service I've known.
