Amazing is the word for Mark’s Independent Service. I called them on a Friday afternoon to see if they could diagnose an issue I having with our Volvo XC-90. They were able to fit me in and within minutes of arriving, they had my issue diagnosed. Unfortunately, they did not have the parts required to fix my issue. They were very apologetic about not having the part on hand…What repair facility conveys that to their customers! Even though they had to order the parts and I had to make an appointment to come back, I was in and out before I knew it. Their dedication to service and quality allows for your vehicle to have the longest life, the smoothest ride and the best safety available! They are a very personal and friendly auto repair shop completely dedicated to their customers’ satisfaction and happiness! They truly treat their customers like family, and do things you don't ordinarily find at a dealership. If you want peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is in great hands with truthful, straightforward and capable people, do your self a great favor and stop by and see the wonderful people (Colleen, Mark and Joanne) at Mark’s Independent Service you won’t regret it. But unfortunately, you can’t see their smiles through their masks but you know that they are because you can see it in their eyes.
