Mark and his staff have taken such good care of my 2004 XC70 with 230,000+ plus miles on it now. I have taken it there for everything outside of warranty stuff. Things are falling apart simply because of age, but it is still running, thanks to Mark. It really is amazing what a great mechanic can do for you.

As a single Mom, it was very comforting to know that Mark’s Independent had my back......I took my Toyota Camry in for rear brakes and after a courtesy vehicle inspection, they noted 2 other issues with my car. They advised me what was important to have done and what could wait a couple of months. I appreciate there honesty, stellar communication, and professionalism!! I WILL be taking my car there for any future work I need done!

Mark did an excellent job. Their guys gave me a very detailed quote with all of the problems and associated costs. They also provided pictures in line item ability to except or reject any job, which I really appreciate it. They also did a lot of testing to make sure that what their work was doing was actually making a difference in fine-tuning, which I really appreciate it. Their customer service is excellent, they make sure that you get a ride home and a ride back and are very Intent on you having a good experience.

They were fantastic told me exactly what was wrong with my car fixed it within a few hours I was back on the road with a guarantee I am totally satisfied
