Short story: My Volvo broke. Mark's fixed it. I'm happy. Long story: The timing belt broke on my way to getting a tune-up, oil change, and front end alignment. I had it towed to Mark's. A lot of work needed to be done, so it took a bit of time. Mark the master mechanic and Colleen the service manager kept me well informed every step of the process. It was the best communications I've had with anyone fixing cars. The shop is friendly, professional, and caring. The work was done efficiently and with an attention to detail I've rarely if ever seen in any profession, let alone a car repair shop. All the work was explained in detail in the process, and the parts that failed were returned to me with an explanation of what the part is, and why it failed. I was given a quote in the beginning, and all the work ordered and a few things that were fixed along the way came in within the original price. This car has never sounded and handled as well as it does now, not even when my mother bought it over 10 years ago. There may be more luxurious waiting rooms elsewhere, but I think one would be hard pressed to find a better 'car doctor clinic' than Mark, Colleen, and staff.

For work done right and being kept up to date with what is being done, Mark's is the place if you have a Volvo. There is a feeling of partnership in the repair process that I've never felt in dealerships or in other independent shops. Good prices too. My only regret is I did not find Mark's sooner.

Excellent service!! I just took my vehicle in for a timing belt and water pump replacement job. I could not be happier with the clear communication and quickness of the work. I dropped my car off with an appointment at 7:30 in the morning. By the time it was 2pm. I had received a video and an update with the finished job... I drove it around today and feel like it’s a brand new car... I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone with a Volvo new or old... even the Uber driver who picked me up knew Mark and his work!

She understands cars, can pinpoint your needs, relays information to Mark, and provides instant results. Under the supervision of Mark, the mechanics provide accurate and fast service. You can be assured that if your car is serviced at Mark's it will be done absolutely right! Then when you pick up your car, it just came from the car wash! What is this? I really am royalty. :-)
