From the first intake call everything was first class. Mark himself assisted me with service, and has been at his work since age 18 and knows his stuff. It's special also that the service manager, Colleen, is a woman! Both were very kind, thorough and professional. Everyone needs a mechanic this good! And they're state of the art in terms of online information and records.

I recently visited Mark’s for the first time after hearing about the shop from a number of people over the years. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with my car when other mechanics were unable to do so, and made the repairs in record time. I purchased my car used 5 years ago, and it now drives better than it ever has. Mark, Colleen and the rest of the staff are extremely courteous and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend this shop for your Volvo needs.
