Mark's Independent has done it again, which should be no surprise to anyone who has had any work done by these great people. Colleen is the best. She is always personable and friendly while keeping you totally informed with what is going on with your vehicle. She is quick to answer any question that you may have. No only do they provide you a credit for UBER if you need it but they also have a partnership with Enterprise Rent a Car which saved me money over my direct online reservation through Enterprise on my rental. Mark and Arin are awesome. They definitely treat you like family. You never feel like a stranger even if it is your first visit or a return customer. They are glad to see you as a person and even if you stop by just to say "hi" even though you have no car issues. Do yourself a favor and stop by and see these wonderful people; Mark, Joanne, Colleen and Arin for your Volvo, Toyota, Lexus and Subaru automotive needs. You will have found your forever automotive repair family guaranteed.

Kirk, you're reviews always touch our hearts! We could never thank you enough for paying attention to the key points that keep us moving forward! We love when guests just stop by! Mark's Independent Service has been taking care of our cars for many years! He is courteous, concerned about your safety, caring, always listens to the customer and explains the needed procedure.
