Mark is a master mechanic on Volvo. Colleen the service manager relays to the customers what needs to be done and updates you on your service. They all definitely know Volvos. I came from a european car indy mechanic and has no clue what went wrong with my car but the moment I brought my car to Mark, he knew the problem right away. My S60R is now purring like a cat.

I’ve been taking my 08 XC90 here since moving to the area 3 years ago and trust them to always keep my car in tip top shape. They are very transparent with what work needs to be done right away, what can wait, and how much it’s all going to cost! I’ve called them while traveling for advice from the road and they’ll always do a safety check before a road trip if I’m in between services since they know I take long road trips with my young daughter. All in all, nice people and great service!
