not that I enjoy paying for car repairs, but Mark's make its manageable. they are always straightforward with what needs to be done and what can wait and leave the decision to me. no scare or pressure tactics. they always keep me informed on the status of my repairs and have my car ready when promised. working with the public as I do, I know how important customer service is. What a great team at this repair shop! We appreciated their care and honesty when it came to repairing our 2007 Volvo S40.
