Mark, Colleen, and the rest of the folks here are friendly, trustworthy, and great at their jobs. I really can't stress enough the relief of finding Mark and Co. We're looking at new cars, and one of our considerations in the process is whether the new car is one Mark can service. We don't really want anyone else working on our vehicles.

As consistent as the atomic clock the team at Mark’s continues to provide world class service for my 2000 Volvo Wagon. Identifying items that need repair and those that are not necessary to fix simply because I just don’t drive the car much. From Coleen handling the phones to Pepe working on the car to Mark’s leadership and commitment to excellence the team has it all. not that I enjoy paying for car repairs, but Mark's make its manageable. they are always straightforward with what needs to be done and what can wait and leave the decision to me. no scare or pressure tactics. they always keep me informed on the status of my repairs and have my car ready when promised. working with the public as I do, I know how important customer service is.
