I had a service done on my 2012 Lexus ES350 at Mark's a few days ago. I left the car with them and they drove me home and picked me up (2 miles away) when the car was ready. They are knowledgeable professional and thorough. The place is clean and organized and Ruben and his team are keeping up on automotive technology. I have been using this place for years and they are keeping my car in perfect working condition.

I am 85 tears old, a college instructor and own several very fine cars and I have never experienced the qualityservice I recieved from Mark and his team that I recieved yesterday. Its worth explaining! Coleen, the service manger smiling and gracious introduced me to Mark and he was walking down the stairs from his office . He is the definitive car service owner I have ever met. In fact he was just leaving for a conference in Sacremento at a convention of other service station owners in the country who were gathering to hear him speak about how he operates his repair service station and provides the amazing award winning services he provides.. He apparently has many years iof knowledge and experience with Volvo, Lexus, Toyota, Prius and many other high fine automobiles. I was provided with a comprehensive document describing the repairs my Volvo needed with photos of the areas of the areas needing repair, each part priced put. Mark's company , Coleen and his crew provides the quality and honest auto repair that is rare in any day and age. Car owners come to them from all over southern california because of their reputation. And lastly, can you believe hy washed my car without my asking, I will bring them all my cars in the future. Had my Prius maintenance service done for the first time at Mark's and was very pleased. Colleen met me at 8:00 am, directing me into their location. The garage is very clean, organized and the staff are very courteous. They performed all that needed to be done in a timely manner and gave me a printout to support the work. I received a good price compared to some other shops and was able to utilize a coupon, that brought done the price even more. I highly recommend them and gave them 5 stars!
