Only been to Mark's once, a year ago but they made me feel like I've been a long term customer. While they recommended several items that should be repaired, there was no pressure to get it done immediately. Mark let me know what needed to be done immediately from a safety perspective. I totally appreciated that and this is why I plan to go back to them to get my car serviced. By the way, Colleen provides the best customer service and is also knowledgeable about the repairs.

I had a service done on my 2012 Lexus ES350 at Mark's a few days ago. I left the car with them and they drove me home and picked me up (2 miles away) when the car was ready. They are knowledgeable professional and thorough. The place is clean and organized and Ruben and his team are keeping up on automotive technology. I have been using this place for years and they are keeping my car in perfect working condition.
