I am very impressed with the service I received from Mark’s Ind. I have only used Volvo dealerships in the past. Colleen’s professionalism is outstanding! She communicates extremely well. I felt very comfortable asking numerous questions and my concerns were treated with great respect. Every issue was well documented and a full complete detailed written estimate was given to me prior to any work being done. Colleen & I discussed the estimate in great detail with no pressure to make quick decisions regarding the repairs. All work was completed in a timely manner and they even saved the parts to show me exactly what was replaced and why. The shop is incredibly clean and organized. The mechanics are true professionals. Marks’s Independent has a new loyal customer.

Very professional but friendly. They explain the problem well. The old parts are kept until the customer can inspect them. They use OEM parts.

What a great experience! From the moment I met Colleen, in charge of the Service Department, to a thorough overview by Mechanic Pepe of what needed repairing in the near and more long-term future, this was a truly pleasant experience, something I've never written before when it comes to an oil change/inspection of my 1995 Toyota Corolla. I've always gone the dealership route before, but will definitely be coming back for future servicing, and have already advised my mom to schedule an appointment for her Toyota. A nice touch was the waiting area with refreshments and snacks!
