Courteous, Competent & Customer focused staff, they provide you with a full picture of the car's systems and advise on what is really needed. Not based on the age or miles driven, but on the current condition. They perform a full inspection and show you all the weak points. Also, definitely competitive prices for the services performed. I had several issues with my 2003 Honda Pilot. Each one was handled efficiently and effectively. Very professional and I appreciated the hi tech pictures of my cars issues and recommendations.
