Mark and Colleen were awesome! They were honest and up front about everything. The shop was clean and well kept. Pepe, one of the technicians, was nice as well. So happy to have found a reliable auto mechanic shop so close to home.

ALWAYS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND NO PRESSURE. THEY EXPLAINE EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND SUGGEST PIORITY ITEMS. THEY ALWAYS SAVE THE PARTS THEY REPLACE TO SHOW ME AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE. THEY HAVE MY CAR READY WHEN PROMISED. ALL OF THEIR CREW IS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

He and his crew once again went above and beyond to keep our 1999 Volvo S70 in tip-top condition. We always feel confident in the quality of their service. Found everyone very Friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They made me feel very confident about what needed to be repaired and/or serviced after they did a full inspection of my car. Repairs and service were done in a timely manner and now my 14 year old car drives like new! I’m very satisfied with Mark’s Independent Services and recommend to anyone looking for a great mechanic. This place is fantastic. When I found my daughters Volvo C30 was leaking oil one Saturday morning, I called and left a message. I got a call back from Mark within two hours, despite the fact that they are closed on weekends. I brought it in Monday morning. Sadly, my daughter had not taken good care of the car and had subjected it to some rough driving. The bill was large (god knows what it would have been at the dealership!). They were super understanding and flexible, helping me work through what was most important for safety, and even throwing in several services, such as reattaching the fender, alignment, new oil filter, and a second new headlight, for free. Coleen was lovely to work with. Having a Volvo isn't cheap, but I am so glad to have found mechanics I trust at Mark's Independent Service! Wouldn't take it anywhere else now!
