July 9, 2018 was my first time having Mark service my 2013 Lexus E300H. I always took my car to Keyes Lexus for service. Mark's service not only was less expensive but they did a complete diagnostic on the car. Afterwards they emailed a complete detail of what they did and what was needed. I will never take my car for service to any other place but Mark's.

Mark and Colleen were awesome! They were honest and up front about everything. The shop was clean and well kept. Pepe, one of the technicians, was nice as well. So happy to have found a reliable auto mechanic shop so close to home.

Found everyone very Friendly, professional and knowledgeable! They made me feel very confident about what needed to be repaired and/or serviced after they did a full inspection of my car.
