It is my first time to visit Mark's and so far I am pleased. I feel I will more able to make a review after the repair has been made and I have driven the car. That will be Monday I understand. However the site of the business was clean and well lit. Coleen is terrific; helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed real. Actually the repair is costly and I was not prepared. I borrowed money from friends one of whom suggested I get a second opinion. As it happened the second opinion said I should let Mark do the job. The completion is recommending him!

Colleen, Mark and Pepe are great. They took the time to go over my car and give me repair recommendations that took in account my safety and my budget. If you have a Volvo this is the repair shop for you. They were fast, friendly and accommodating.

Our beloved 2004 Volvo XC90 was in the shop twice within one week at Mark's and my husband and I can't express enough how kind and honest everyone was while dealing with our aging car's issues ( seen and unforeseen ). It hasn't felt this peppy in years. Mark's has given our old car new life. Even though Mark's is a drive for us, the service is well worth it. Thank you!
