This place is fantastic. When I found my daughters Volvo C30 was leaking oil one Saturday morning, I called and left a message. I got a call back from Mark within two hours, despite the fact that they are closed on weekends. I brought it in Monday morning. Sadly, my daughter had not taken good care of the car and had subjected it to some rough driving. The bill was large (god knows what it would have been at the dealership!). They were super understanding and flexible, helping me work through what was most important for safety, and even throwing in several services, such as reattaching the fender, alignment, new oil filter, and a second new headlight, for free. Coleen was lovely to work with. Having a Volvo isn't cheap, but I am so glad to have found mechanics I trust at Mark's Independent Service! Wouldn't take it anywhere else now!
