Mark's Independent Service has done it again!!!!! Want to thank Colleen, Mark and Pepe for their "off the chart" service. Had MAJOR repair work that needed to be addressed after our XC90 CEM went bad. Had a dealer look at the vehicle (had it for three days) before I received an estimate for repairs. After speaking with the Dealer Service Advisor, we only had them do the replacement of the CEM and asked for an estimate for the other repairs that they recommended be done. Took them another day to repair our vehicle. After getting the estimate, took our XC90 to Mark to review, verify and provide his recommendations. Of the four things that the dealer found, Mark and his team verified that three of the four were accurate but one of the repairs was not required as the offending part was just not tight enough (Mark just tightened it- problem solved- no charge). But because of their 29 point check that they provide, they found an additional two items that were brought to our attention - within an hour of our arrival with our vehicle. Now that is service. The dealer who had the car for three days didn't even report these items. Colleen has our estimate for repairs done quickly and we had them do all the repairs at one time because that made the most sense. No pressure to do any repair that was not a danger to our safety. They provided an UBER ride home at no charge and the car was done on time and all the work Mark and his team did was at a cost lower then the dealer estimate for LESS work that they were going to do. All in all, Colleen provided updates to the status of the repairs and Mark and Pepe did an excellent job in getting our XC90 "good as new" and there is no doubt that if you want EXCELLENT SERVICE throughout the process of having your vehicle repaired, do not hesitate in taking your Volvo, Toyota or Lexus to Colleen, Mark and Pepe.
Kirk, thank you so much for you attention to the detail and TLC we try to put into every vehicle! We understand that there are a million shops from us to where you live and even by your work that would be able to service your vehicles and we can't thank you enough for allowing us to make sure all of your vehicle's run in tip top shape and stay on the road safely. You and your wife are more than a pleasure to work with and we are happy to know that you feel at home in the Mark's Independent Family.
