The place is a bit pricey for a non-dealer but very organized and thorough. I got a text message to my cellphone showing all items they looked at and anything needing attention.

Mark was on vacation and Colleen and Pepe were outstanding. They quickly identified the problem, fit me into the schedule and performed the repair flawlessly on my 2000 Volvo GLT wagon. I highly recommend Mark's Volvo

Do you want the most educated, experienced, HONEST mechanic for your Lexus in the San Fernando Valley. I found Mark's through a mailer and I made the right decision in having my car serviced at his shop. Dealerships are great, but in my opinion MARKS AUTOMOTIVE IS better!
