First visit with Volvo C70, low miles, owned 10 years since new. Changed timing belt and tensioners and drive belts because of age. Oil change and full vehicle inspection. Lubricated roof mechanism and bushings - stopped the roof rattles! Great service - kept appraised of progress, and needs all at a reasonable price. Car completed on time and washed.

Hands down the best Volvo technicians, make that automotive techs of any make or model I have ever worked with. Knowledgeable down to earth personnel, organized clean shop all at a fair price. The service at Mark's is top-notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest, which is very hard to find these days. Although I have not had my car repaired at Mark's yet, I was very impressed by the initial report produced if all apparent issues. The report is digitally emailed and printed for your records so you know what exactly is going on with the vehicle. Mark is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond my expectations in testing. His methods are more robust than the dealer and less expensive.
