While definitely a bit higher priced, it has been too many years since I felt I wasn't being ripped off by an auto repair shop. Mark was honest, helpful, clear on my goals and expectations, had his Partner (wife Joanne)give me a ride home (I don't live close), mechanic Pepe was great - here's the deal...nobody likes dealing with the expense, headache or time of car repair. However, it's reality if you own a car so stick with an honest, hard working professional who understands cars AND customer service! Cost painful (I had a big job) but trust and customer service worth every penny (or hundreds)! Mark has a new and loyal customer.
