I searched for a long time before buying my current car, 2006 s40 t5, and knew when I found it I wanted it to last. After searching for a trustworthy shop for another month I found so many good reviews for Mark and the shop I had to at least try. And boy was I glad I did. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. Colleen is the best, very good at explaining everything and helping you get what you need. I had a bit of work done I wasn't expecting, the price was good and the car sounds so much better after. Great shop, if you have a Volvo, take it here.

Mark is one of the most knowledgeable and dedicated mechanics in the history of mankind. Period. He performed miracles with my 71 Volvo 1800. And, he charged less than he estimated. The car has never run better in its 45 years. On top of that he has a warm sense of humor and explains nuances about the car that amazed me. If you have any problem, he's your man with a wrench and a solution. There is only one thing he likes better than Volvos. His grandchildren. You gotta love him. And then there's Colleen, a third my age -- a bright and clever gal who knows about ten times as much as I do about cars. She did a great job of making everything happen. She followed up Mark's work with excellent paperwork that documented everything he did, along with suggestions on how to keep my car running smoothly into the future. Unfortunately, the person who worked on my car installing a new fuel pump did not tighten it up and lots of oil leaked out

I've been using Marks for over 10-years now and have always had excellent service. My last service was a replacement part that they were able to install much sooner than my scheduled appointment to help me during a family emergency! They are awesome!!
